So I read this manhwa some time ago and now i just can't remember the name. The story started by a noble lady needing to marry a man in order to inherit her territory/house, so she goes to an information guild and asks them to show her some candidates. In the end she marries the guild leader, who's also addicted to some really strong drug 'cause he goes crazy and shit.
