But only one with a mention of France, India. None with a mention of Belgium.. just the ratio is little strange for me. that's all.)) perhaps in other genres the ratio will be different?

As to mentioning other countries...well, Its true ive encountered a some stories based in Russia, but I've also seen a lot of stories that, while not specifically stating where there from, it was obvious where they were thanks to the the cultural background.
Actually, I don't remember them stating they were in Russia? (I also might have missed it tho)

Well, I've seen a lot of stories with Russian characters, but one set in Russia is new. A story in Brazil or India would be interesting to see, I don't think I've ever seen one where the story takes place in them.
