So, from my understanding, it's Hwa's boyfriend who is pregnant, with three babies, but they all have different attributes (probably because of Hwa being half-vampire, half-wolf and from Hwa's partner suffering side effects from the hypnosis). And the babies are slowly dying because Ino hypnotized the female into thinking it's male, which caused its body to slowly degrade due to that. As a wolf (as we saw during the fullmoon), Hwa's partner is aware of being female, but is quick to forget this, as soon as he turns back into a human.
And turns out Hwa's partner's late parents were actually Ino's siblings, but for some unknown reason to us yet, Ino couldn't take him in when they passed away.
