I don't think is like that. If you remember there were 3 question marks when Idea was checking Seol (when was about to kill him). He noticed that Seol was expecting 3.

One is different while the other 2 are twins. Why there are different might have to be with the personalities Seol possesses, and with the fact that he is a mutant female lycan (a result of two female lycans mating) , plus the father, Hwa being a hybrid. I also think, that there is no way that IDEA could mistake babies with 2 different personalities inside Seol, is not realistic.

Also, because the human side of Seol thinks is a male, it might have a burden in his pregnant state, something that I think that it goes along with what Ino stated. And this personality split is threatening those babies. There are so many factors that can be the main cause, or the combination of all of them might lead those babies to death.

So yeah, until we find out to what extent and danger the hypnosis that Ino used on Seol, we won't know how to save them.
