it's been 7 years since i read my first manga... my first manga was naruto.. :D

I was reading Dragon Ball out of boredom in 2005-2006.
And I don't think I will stop reading mangas anytime soon :P

I started reading manga back in 5th grade and I'll be in 11th this upcoming school year so it's been about 6 years for me. As for my first manga, it was either Kamichama Karin, Cardcaptor Sakura, or Kitchen Princess. It's a bit hard to remember now though ^.^

I think I might have read some random manga volumes before age 10... but I'll just mention the one that really got me into buying and reading manga series.
My first manga was Sailor Moon (in left-to-right or 'flipped' format). I discovered the volumes at the local bookstore when I was about 10 years old, and bought all the ones I could find! I loved finding a new volume each visit. After Sailor Moon, I read Girl Got Game, my first actual right-to-left manga. xD Oh, and most of the manga I read in elementary school were shoujo.
I'm 22 now... wow, time flies.

My first manga was ohshc and i have been reading manga since i was 7 im 14 now.

the first manga i read was inuyasha in 4th grade, i was banned from watching it bt not reading it (according to my sister)

started 5/6 years ago with the anime of dragon ball !! well, i never thought about how much time it has been.
the first manga that i've read was naruto (now i don't like it anymore).
i also thought that it shouldn't last long... ehehe and now °3°...
i started reading shounen. i have read them for a long time then i started with other genre.
i read the first yaoi 6 years ago. i read it because i didn't know what a yaoi was, i had just started to learn the genres... i read it and i was disgusted (i was 12/11)... about 2/3 years later i thought about that manga i read a long time ago (my first yaoi) and then i began to read them again.
but i stopped again since on the site i used to read manga there were like 4 yaois and one of them was one by maki murakami... but then i started again (lol) and then.. well i am here now ^^

My first manga was actually a doujinshi (if it counts ._.). I was like 12 or something. I was looking for some good animes on youtube (cuz I was an anime noob back then and didn't know how to find good animes) and I saw a video called yaoi doujinshi, of course, I didn't know what it meant, so I checked it out. I was watching a boy whom I thought it was a girl getting raped by 3 other guys in the nurse office with a vibrator (first one I ever saw so I was pretty confused why that boy was like; ah ah ngh... when they put that thing in him), and I saw many dicks and when I was done watching I was like; uhm.... okay.... I WANT MORE!!!!!!!!!!! So I searched for more. Then, I stumbled upon a khr yaoi doujinshi with Hibari x Tsuna where Hibari was a doctor who was examining Tsuna and was like; take of your pants. So I saw a whole rape scene again. After that I decided to watch khr (Katekyo Hitman Reborn) and it became my favorite anime. After te whole yaoi experience I searched for more, I've seen yaoi animes like Sekaiichi Hatsukoi and Junjou Romantica (also Boku no Pico wich ensured I can never eat ice cream or ice cubes the same way anymore) , read yaoi mangas like Love Stage!! and Katekyo! and saw playthroughs of Dramatical Murder and Hadaka Shitsuji OUO and I've always had a sadistic smile on my face, especially with rape, yaoi woke my inner sadist. 8 months ago I've read my first non-yaoi manga khr. I'm 14 now and still smiling OUO also shipping every guy around me.... Yeah it got pretty bad....

my first manga was either dragon ball, ranma 1/2 or kindaichi. i can't exactly remember which one came first, but it was one of those three. my sisters read manga to me when i was 5 years old, and around the age of 13, i started exploring it on my own. i decided to give yaoi a try when i was 18 years old.

I read my first manga 2 years ago (and it was a Naruto dj) and been addicted to mangas since...Lol

Ive been into manga for 10 years my first manga was battle royale.

it's been more than 5 years since i started reading manga. my first owned manga was Girl's Bravo.

For me it's been 9 years. And I'm glad the obsession hasn't disappeared! My first manga was...Full metal alchemist. And because I used to lurked around forums fangirls corrupted my mind with royed and everything pretty much began right there XD

Hm.....it's been about four years since I read manga.....
My first one was not yaoi....I didn't start until two years later....
My first one was inuyasha I think....or maybe naruto....
But it was definitely a popular manga......I saw the anime inuyasha if that counts...inuyasha is my first anime ever, but manga....I'm not so sure

I'll be going to 11th grade so it will be around 5 years since I've read manga and I didn't plan to ever stop reading manga anytime soon in my life
