Maybe you can buy the chapter first from here : https://www.lezhin.com/ko/comic/luvdam (it's in korean), then after you done translating the chapters, you upload them to imgur.com and copy the album link... To update the chapter in mangago, you need to click the small flag in this comic page (usually the flag is near the cover, on the left side of the page). then choose 'upload chapter' and paste the album link from imgur, mangago admin will update the chapter using the link you send
