The novel has a different ending. I don't know if you hate spoilers, so I'll just say that they end up together in the novel.
Not sure what u meant by different endings... I only read the novel and the manhua, and the novel is finished already. From what I know they are pretty similar but the manhua leaves some details out so it will be clearer when u read the novel. While the live action adaptation is slightly different from the novel, the novel morality was more ambiguous. And in the novel they end up together and have sex.
I kind of knew the end of the LN (I have read some extra nsfw (￣∇￣") aha) but I've also read somewhere (twi or some forum don't remember) that there were multiples endings and it's seems that they were seen has canon so I started to wonder where that came from. But thanks anyways for u're reply (=・ω・=) (I am curently watching the drama and 'll probably do the LN after so I'll find myself)
There weren’t extra chapters as far as I know, maybe it was about the extra chapters?

Dis someone read the Novel and can tell me if there's different endings just in the novel without "counting" all the adaptations ? I am kind of lost i saw the anime and read the manhua but neither of them are finished
