Elizabeth pls love Ciel (one with Sebastian). The RCiel that you once knew in the past may not love you any more or maybe he is just playing with you. Also the Indian prince (I forgot his name) pls know that the Ciel that you saw wasn't the Ciel with Sebastian. He was the RCiel from the past. I hope they can clear up the mistake of him and his twin brother. ╥﹏╥
