reincarnated would mean she is living a different life. She went back in time so she is from the future
Technically the reincarnated and then time traveled, so I definitely would consider this in the reincarnation category too. Not to mention, there’s plenty of references to her past life. What an interesting twist on a time travel story! (=・ω・=)
