It's not supposed to be. It's shounen AI, and there isn't a smut tag on this story. Shounen ais usually don't have smut.

I'm itching for it too, but I'm already satisfied with the character development in this story. If I want something to nosebleed over I'll read Dear Door ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Actually, only the first season is shounen ai. If I remember correctly, the autor said in the last autor notes that we should expect smutty scenes in the new season. I mean ur right about shounen ai normally not having smut scenes but they uhh sometimes change, ya know?

Honestly, this is probably author San's way of teasing us.

"You want smut? Fine, I'll give you this small tease and make you wait an eternity for the real sauce."
