Based from the last chapter from what the author said as the clue, Sangwoo calling out "Bum, Bum" so many times in his hospital bed, confirmed that the feelings were reciprocated. It was a confession. He may not be gay as what he said but the feelings were there.
What do you think about the last chapter tho? Just curious until now, it left us an open ending which for us to decided what happened to Yoonbum.
he love him but he cannot trust his feelings for him, because of his trauma caused by her mother.. he also thinks that Bum only reminds him of his mom.. but in the end, he suffered when he thought Bum is going to leave him, he even called Bum's name on his death bed.. its just sad that Bum was too late, and was not able to assure sangwoo of his love for him..
