Are you perhaps screencapping from an app? 'Cause that happened to me when I tried to ss a panel of a webtoon using the line webtoon app, because of copyright stuffs (as a way to protect the author's work from being illegally distributed). But it worked when I did it using the site instead.
If it's not the same case as mine, just search images of the title online, i'm pretty sure, you'll found some pages there

Oh, I meant the manga page. Sadly, I do not know how or if it's even possible (to dl a site). I haven't tried using a private site before so I can't really help you, but I wish you get to find a solution to your problem soon ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
