Yeah he does fall in love w/ the uke in the end blah blah blah but it kind of pissed me off that he didn't get some sort of retribution in the end becuz he was playing with the uke, like from beginning to start everything went his way

I get how some readers don't like the seme but pls also consider that in every story or narrative, there's such thing as "characteristics" and "development". We're still in chapter two. Also, the seme's character is what makes up their overall "dynamic" as a couple.
For now, I'm liking the story and their dynamic. Though, I don't like the manipulative side of the seme. His character of being carefree and laid back (cool) is also shown. It is to consider that his character is really supposed to be a fuckboy or sex maniac. Plus, there's no rape scene. Thank God.
As for the uke, the plot starter is him being gaga over the seme but I hope his character develops from this predicament.
