I haven't read the novel, but i think tia is just above people's average looks and her mom is the pretty one i would say that their standards for a pretty face is tia's mom but because she has a kom thats uber pretty they compare them alot.
so is Tia pretty or not cause the way they portray her she's really pretty and gorgeous but people and her mum put her down cause of her looks.
Can someone who's read the novel explain how she's portrayed and whether she really is pretty or not.
Cause if she actually isn't that pretty then why did the artist draw her so aesthetically pleasing.
Or is it something like she is really pretty and drop dead gorgeous but compared to her mum she isn't, so she's compared to her mother. So when compared to her mother she's meh but with most other people she's hawtttie.
