The novel..? ShouldIBeConcerned- is something bad going to happen?? Asdfghjkl
Yes..the novel is a lot more depressing and gloomier. in the manhua, I like the seme. In the novel, I hate him. but there are 200+ chapters so hopefully things get better, in the novel. The english translations have reached till the part where Chen Yu was being attended by the Physician.
Then can you please spoil me if up until this part in manhua, does the general know that he's a guy? It's never explicitly indicated that he knew but... I feel like he also could possibly be not know?? Idk?? The ambiguous feels

I feel like he would know. There's some chapters i think when the physician was attending to him where both the uh- (iforgottheirname) main lead and the physician refer to him as "he" or "his".

I've heard that "He and she" in chinese sounds alike.

ah true, the words for he/she have the same pronunciation, but he is 他 while she is 她. When translating from chinese, you don't really need the pronunciation, the main part is the characters.
I hope the manhua remains fluffy like this. That way I can heal my soul after I read the novel....
