I kind of feel like we're viewing how a store owner in the real world is expected to be. Like how society thinks they should act/react, not necessarily how they actually do. All the male (Kens) and female Karens in the world are bratty, arrogant, and self-centered, then they assume that, since they are customers, they can say/do whatever they want. It's expected that the "customer is always right," even when they are treating the employees and the owner like garbage. So it's like we're getting frustrated on the behalf of others, which is something not everyone has the capability of experiencing. If that makes sense, anyway.
Frankly I dont rlly like the mcs attitude. He's too forgiving that its irritating. First off he was too kind to that cat brigade group. its understandable to a point so its fine now. However, that thing with that noble btch crossed the line. Shes too fcking arrogant and demanding. The mc condones evrything too much to a point that it makes him seem like a pushover. He couldve taught her some sht abt how nobles arent nrcessarily better than commoners. ugh watever. that other isekai pharmacy was better than this.
