Probably because the translation is going so slow. And it has a more calm and mature content. But the manga itself is gold.

I've seen a lot of such developments on webtoon. The more childish something is, the more readers it has. Which is logical. Children have the most time to read comics.
i found this manga by mistake and im actually in love???? im surprised not many ppl read this, even tho its good
