Iti isn't incest. You can't be related to yourself. That's not the problem. The child would never be born because there wouldn't enough genetic information to form the double helix. At most there would be a bunch of abnormal cells, just lumps of tissue. if his body got pregnant it would mostly likely abort. The body would sluff off the malformed cells.
