Looking for a manga

I'm looking for this bl manga where a guy runs a boarding house that is super run down. His childhood friend (and the guy he is in love with) ends up trying to repair the place (I don't remember why though) and during the repairs the owner of the boarding house gets nervous because he wrote that he loved the other guy when the wall wasn't dry, so it never went away. Also the owner of the boarding house has a habit of writing his feelings and what he is thinking with his fingers on walls and floors and stuff. It caused some people to think the boarding house was haunted. If anyone knows what manga that is, if you could understand my rambling, please let me know, thank you!
