Yea and so ungrateful - some ppl would die for getting a child and care for it whole heartily and aren’t able to get one. I honestly hoped it was the typical exaggeration of mangas for creating emotions - hug your friends in my stead.

I don’t really know if this is realistic or common but it shocks me everytime again when I see how parents in mangas just cut their kids out of their life as it is nothing. I can’t relate why you want to get kids in the first place then, like it would be some kind of pet.
