sangwoo is a very complicated character, but i think in the end.. he kinda did care. i mean, as he was dying on the hospital bed, he would call out for bummie. he did this repeatedly, according the grandma bum spoke to
yupp i'm pretty sure he did care. it would be pretty damn sad if their relationship had a lil something goin on but in the end it turned out to be all nothing. n yess when he called out in the hospital that broke my heart but maybe he called out subconsciously bc bum WAS a big part of his life before he died
literally i thought bum would get caught by the photo of them together but when i found out that sangwoo released it THAT HIT ME SO MFING HARD i thought sangwoo cared and kept the photo but he actually let it go... fml
