The point is, is she didn’t say “yes” instead of “she didn’t flatly say no”. And that’s a bullshit excuse of sexual assault and rape, too. If you took a date rape drug that made you too incoherent to speak, would it be fair if someone told you “oh well you didn’t flatly say no... so it’s not the same thing.” You can say she didn’t face the same emotional trauma and disillusionment that comes with more extreme cases of rape and sexual assault, but that doesn’t mean she didn’t experience them in the first place.

No there is a difference there are multiple times in the story where the gym owner was acting up and was trying to cop a feel but she put a clear stop to add in the fact that she and the gym owner are friends and this seems to just be part of their relationship. In the case with the mc, she has expressed multiple times that she was interested in him and wants to sleep with him and she was in full control of herself and was not impaired with alcohol she could have stopped it at any time and it would have ended at that. Just as a sidebar I'm noticing people say ”If she wanted him to stop why not slap, kick or, fight back.” and the simple answer is some people can some people freeze and that's how some rapes can get away with it they say ”Well she didn't fight me, she wasn't screaming she must have wanted it” which is bull no means no, as soon as it is said that's it.

The author’s narrative purpose here is to draw parallels between the mc’s slower developing relationship with his partners versus the male trainer’s coerced encounters. I think you’re a little too mad, I understand your rage, but I don’t think this was the best way about it. For the most part, most ppl will be desensitized because, like you said the lack of knowledge and education, plus if they are constantly reading mangas like this then it can’t be help. It’s important to educate other, specially in topics that u care about, but it’s also important to stay calm(granted there are times when u don’t have to).
