Many people compared this one to OZ, but what is OZ?

Oz was a series a few years back I think on HBO. It was about a prison called Oz. It was pretty extreme.

Sadahiro Mika also says it was the inspiration for UGH. OZ was HBO's first cable drama. . . focuses on the social politics of American prisons. One of the main characters ends up in a (TOXIC) relationship with a fellow prisoner-- that's probably what most people are referencing.
