Bout 100-200 chapters depending on which website you are reading. It's actually around 200 chapters including after story bout when the kid turn 1, 3 and 5. Look for the ones with fanwai (after story), it's so sweet I had tooth decay and diabetes ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄
