He looked masculine, in the sense you could tell he was a guy using a wig, I think his dress had a flower pattern, or maybe it was a skirt, it was bellowed his knees, he was maybe blonde? I can't tell because it was a manga, the left guy had dark hair, I can't forget how funny his expression was to that sudden confession, I want to see the outcome so bad ;A;
What else? The manga style was quite good, it was not overly cute, they seem in their 20's
I wish at least I knew the plot geez.

I saved an image long ago with the name of the manga but I lost the image and I want to read it :(
The pic was about two guys in front of each other, a shorter guy at the left and taller on the right, the one in the right was dress in woman clothes and had a wig above his shoulders with a flower I think, he was confessing his feelings to the guy on the left, this guy on the left has a shock face, I think he said "I'm in love with you senpai" or something like that.
