Yeah It always comes to my mind like how are kids normal... But I have one fun fact for you. In my country on one Island people are all blood related and sleep together and there wasn't any anomaly
Another fun fact these anomalies can happen with anyone not just blood related couples BUT the percentage of that actually happening is much much much higher when the couples are related and the closer they are the higher the percentage (not emotional closer but blood relations closer lol)
