I hate that laws are so lax when it comes to stalking. I had a "stalker"* before and when I reported it, they just said they couldn't do anything and that I needed to have a "more concrete" proof of the stalking (he chatted my friends about me, telling them something that hinted he knows my class schedule; i don't even know him)
