If you like 3D characters I think you will love it.
It’s the only MXTX work were most of the characters have reasons and get character development.

So I am not a romantic person. Most of the bl novels I read weren’t romantic... at all. A lot of toxicity going on.
When I started reading HOB I had to force myself because of how slow paced it was (I get it, it was the first long story of the writer) and suddenly stopped at chapter 150 because I got tired of forcing myself reading such a cute, fluffy and 0% toxic story.
If you like wholesome relationships, this manhua (or novel if you want to read it) is 100% for you. Is really sweet and cute, sadly not my type.
Anyway, with the time it gets interesting, the boring part is just the beginning.
As I said before, I haven’t finished this novel because of personal preferences, but just as every MXTX work is amazing.
