He fell in love with Navier and almost attacked the emperor after hearing (?) his mistreatement of Navier.
He ask Navier to leave the empire because clearly she deserve better than an insult spammer/mistrusting of a husband who even if you show him a red apple he'll continue to say it's a banana for the sake of Trashta (who equally is a liar)
But Navier refused.

Not really sure if it's correct but from my understanding, Kapmen (the tan skinned guy) is helping Navier with practicing her magic powers meanwhile Heinley is jealous.
