She actually trying to help him become a better king but he is failing hence the reason why the king is going to remove him for the crown. he was not fit to be a king if he cant do better than a girl in prison. That's what the MC is doing. she's not cold blooded just doing her duty as the next empress. and with Martina and Sykes relationship ..yes her love is toxic so Sykes just dead if he even says no to Martina. he rather live, than be dead..

I guess my opinion that I don't like a manga due to an abusive relationship being used as a joke isn't that popular. Oh well .3.
No one in this manga is a good person; they are all villains in their own right. I'm sorry that I prefer likable characters that actually change and grow instead of just stagnating in their own ideas of their superiority.

The MC was ready to drown the prince when they were kids. If the adults hadn't stopped her, she was ready to KILL someone as a CHILD. That's not coldblooded?
