Probably not. Things like these usually go only one way. Also if Mr cultivator dies if Mr doctor dies, then I'm pretty sure Mr cultivator wont let Mr doctor go out at all.

Now the real question is is the life bond two way? Cause if so that means Mr. Cultivator is stuck protecting Mr. Doctor when the inevitable assassins show up to finish the job and try to kill everyone in the building.
