So the relationship between the 2 main characters are contractual, they're not actually togther like a couple, they're together to satisfy their sexual desires. And youngwoo had a dark past (i guess, although we only had a peek about it), as you could see in the previous ch, he signed a contract with this shady person cause he needed money. They provided him with everything but we still don't know what he has to do for them.
