What MD did was fucked up and honestly Chanwoo wasn’t in the wrong. He went to ask his Dom for permission to date because they had agreed to keep a strictly professional relationship. He wasn’t planning on dating behind his dom’s back which shows he really respected MD.
But then MD uses the other sub who just betrayed and hurt Chanwoo to hurt Chanwoo even more. I don’t want to believe that Chanwoo just used the safe word out of just jealousy. Sure there was probably some there but he only started crying when MD smiled. In Chanwoo’s eyes MD was enjoying Chanwoo’s misery and was putting so much emotional damage on him of course he was going to break.
To simplify Chanwoo’s tears as just jealousy would be dumbing down this horrific situation MD forced him into. Yes, forced him into. Sure he could have said no, but he just lost his boyfriend who was a traitorous scum and he was about to lost his Dom too if he didn’t go along with this. Also who would want to lose their partner to their betrayer? MD knew that no wasn’t really an option so he happily hurt a Chanwoo for his own self satisfaction. I don’t know too much about the BDSM world, but I’m pretty sure putting your sub through this level of emotional abuse is a big no and no amount of aftercare can really make up for the shit MD just pulled.

The plot is on the level of badly written fanfiction and I literally pointed MD's wrongings based on the context of the story.
I mean I can understand that he started to like his sub ‘Chanwoo’ but that doesn’t mean that it was going to be mutual. Chanwoo and MD knew from the start it was just a physical relationship, so it’s unfair to assume that because he likes Chanwoo that Chanwoo is going to like him back.
To top it all off he goes and basically forces him into this threesome with someone who used and betrayed him. And it is force... threatening someone into something they aren’t ok with is force, and MD should know better, he’s a fucking Dom, that’s not how they should be acting, threatening to cut off a sub for not wanting a threesome, or any act they are unsure or uncomfortable with is just as bad as when a sub says the safe word and the Dom doesn’t comply.
On top of that, that’s not a way to do things, MD knows that Chanwoo has been in bad relationships before, like abusive and manipulative relationships. That’s not a way to get through to someone who’s been hurt and has attachment issues because of how assholes treat him. MD is acting like that, not so much physical but emotional abuse is the big issue at play, he’s manipulating Chanwoo to get what he wants and hurts him in the process.

I think they potray the whole situation really well. People tend to hate people and character for "A mistake" and... You as a good example.

Okay, no one mentioned hating MD. I even said unless he makes up for what he did Chanwoo should not be with him. It's a matter of romantising. Yes at the end of the day it's a comic, but it's like with Killing Stalking. They romanticize that. I still like MD, but his actions were messed up. The story is still good and the author does an amazing job to make the reader feel the pain of the characters. My whole issue was: what MD did to Chanwoo, even as a lesson was abusive. I apologise if it upset you or what I said didn't come across like that.

If Chanwoo ends up with MD, he's going to end up in another abusive relationship. MD manipulated him and led on the old partner to manipulate Chanwoo. He threw a fit because the guy he likes didn't like him back. He didn't respect Chanwoo's decision of not going out with MD. Unless, somehow, MD makes up for the fucked up thing he did: Chanwoo shouldn't end up with him.
