She's too naive and nice that it actually becomes a problem. We know she means no harm on purpose but it's so frustrating at times. It's quite conflicting. In my opinion, I like yet dislike her. (/TДT)/

Mmm... I think the thing is quite complex. She is not a bad girl, but her presence is a risk and will undoubtedly harm people around her, not only because of her black magic, but also because she is not aware of what is around her and this is frustrating. Nobody is clearly asking her to know everything Athy knows, but she seems to be completely oblivious to literally everything and she doesn't question why certain things are happening with the consequence of hurting others, which doesn't really make people see her in a good light.

Even if she takes the Obelian name she will never be part of Athy and Claude's special relationship because non of them really see her as such. Athy likes her, but doesn't want her as a sister because she fears she will be forgotten again, and Claude already made it clear that he hated her with his memories. Without them he still probably see her as less important than furniture. Basically this just makes her seem pushy and a homewrecker. The fact that that the author keeps inserting her in Athy/Claude scenes is also not helping, because people are really tired of this memory loss thing.

As for me I don't wish for her an unhappy ending, just away from Athy and Claude. I want her to keep being friends with Athy but she needs to be with her real father so she can have the family she yearns for without and everybody can truly be happy.

I see, thank you for answering ! I agree with what you said at the end, I really wish she can also have a happy ending. Even if she is naive and oblivious to many things she just yearns for a family of her own and I hope she can obtain one. Also her friendship with athy is adorable, I hope they’ll also stay friends !

Oh yeah, I kinda get it lol. Though I find it sad that everyone hates her, she just wants to be happy and the fact that she believes athy and claude are her family is not her fault since this is what she has always been told :(

You are welcome sweetie. Let's just hope it will really end in a good way and with Athy/Claude and Jeannette/Anastacious because even if spoon hinted it many times, I still fear this will take a darker turn (like Anastacious dying, this becoming an awkward three way pseudo-family or Jeannette harming Athy like in the novel). About Jeannette wanting a family, I really wish she will find one, just not at Claude and Athy's expenses. P. S. Mr White is shiet
