Hating on the author is wrong, but opinions and critics about the storyline don’t have to always be positive. I think for most it’s not about « I hate the author for the storyline » it’s just you feel so invested into the story that you’d give your thoughts as if it was actually happening although it’s just fiction. For my part I dislike this situation very much because that was not actual bdsm but more like MD using it as a tool to vent his anger, but I still enjoy the story and the author in itself I’m not bashing the manga as a whole
I very much understand what u are saying cuz sometimes I feel like that too am like “omfg this characterrrr ugh” but trust me plenty of mangago commenters are hating on the author. I’ve seen more than enough comment. They mostly go “of course the author made the plot like this, am so disappointed it’s so gross why do they always use this. This author is disgusting. This is not something to be used as story plot etc.” That. That is not critic it’s just hating.
About the MD business i don’t think MD is venting his anger on chanwoo. This whole thing is not all about revenge. U will probably see it later along the chapters (I haven’t seen the raw yet but u will most likely see this is not all about revenge) and let me breakdown what happened
* MD gets rejected
* Chanwoo wants MD as his Dom knowing fully well about MD’s feelings.
* MD says okay then let me get me a sub cuz uk no one wants that hurt and one offers himself right there
* Chanwoo doesn’t want to let go of MD and doesn’t want MD to get another sub knowing damn well how MD feels but still wants
* and so he chooses to fight for MD in his own way in that world of theirs.
* MD then wants both of them to pass his test.
First of all. Chanwoo was a kid playing with fire, he needed to get burned to know fire is not a toy. And so MD played the role of a fire and pushed chanwoo, he wanted chanwoo to learn how to put a limit on himself and use a safe word. Now if u ask me it’s wayyyy better than letting chanwoo go knowing damn well he would probably still go around picking up scums that might choke him to death one day.
And yes he needed to push it that far cuz I don’t think a hard headed person like chanwoo would have learned his lessons the normal way. They used BDSM style. Now b4 u saying it was “abusing a mentally unstable person” like other people say I’ll tell u this, I can’t really say that sadist and masochist are classified as “normal” and so can’t be placed under “mentally stable” people cuz let’s be real here no one in their right mind would enjoy inflicting pain or enjoy getting one inflicted on them.
With that being said to anyone into bdsm this is not an insult to u. Just cuz it’s not “normal” doesn’t mean u are the scum of the earth. Enjoy what u enjoy.
hmmm I agree with what u mean but I would never insult or curse an author I personally expressed in the past my dislike in another story and I said something like « I don’t understand why authors keep on making these kinds of story even though it has so much potential » so it’s not really hating but giving an honest opinion more like XD and sorry but I can’t really agree with u because MD never said he wanted a new partner ? It was made clear in the beginning that this was a strictly business relationship and they could have boyfriends both of them... so MD even though he knows that still decided to go for it which he has the right to but just as chanwoo who rejected him bc well he can. So unless I missed something it was never mentioned that their bdsm relarionship was over nor MD saying « I wanna end this and find another sub »
True MD didn’t directly say he wants to end it. But he did say “he like to keep only one sub” and so Chanwoo probably felt he had to defend his position and he has to keep MD seeing as he was hurting when MD and that guy were kissing. Sometimes it’s good to take a character’s reaction and other details into consideration and thoughts cuz somethings the authors don’t clearly say and so u have to think for urself and look past what is being shown.
In any case how should I put it, even tho we don’t have the same opinion I am really grateful for the way u handled this conversation cuzzz u actually give good points and u don’t go around talking like those cliche mangago commenters and throwing insults.

Lmao to those hating on the author I just wanted to say:
when reading about these things, it’s telling people “things like this do exist and if u find it disgusting while reading it then let it serve as a reminder not to do it in real life or you will be just as disgusting as the character you are hating on” so if a lesson like that could be learn I don’t see why we should hate on the author for using it as a plot.
Besides I don’t see y’all complaining about killing, fighting, cheating etc. we literally watch these 90% of the time in movies and whatnot we watch.
Oh as an add on please wait to read the whole damn chapters concerning the situation before judging. Are u guys still believing all MD is doing is revenge on chanwoo? Think past what u see. BDSM is pretty much already messed up so why is one slap causing a fuss And demanding this much hatred smh
