But some shounen ai stories have a main who is effeminate as well. Yaoi, however is SebastianxCiel, sinful but perfect, a caramel sundae with chocolate chunks inside! Sorry, im eating ice cream rite now. Basically, some people fwap to the buttsex, but it's better when the complication "I'm a boy", or the virgin "How do we do this?" adds complexity and humor to a thorough story. In the end, there are few stereotypes in the yaoi genre. They all tend to be different, whereas the shoujo genre can sometimes be very heavily stereotyped.

Because we get too see hot guys(hot semes :3), by hot guys i mean HOT SEXY BODY yaoi guys, not hot shoujo guys.anyways in a yaoi the main character is not usually like a typical shoujo girl but more stronger personality wise. You know like in a shoujo the girl usually get jealous and then CRY and run away like hey always do and then the guy run after her and they kiss and made up. But for yaoi its different, the boys usually don't cry about stuff easily and the way they react is more realistic.(and the sex of course hehe)
