Eh the ending was...fast

I have come to the conclusion that Harlequin manga adaptations suffer from the same disease that movies based on novels suffer from. The "We only have limited time/pages to tell the story, so must cut out quite a bit of the 'fillers' and anything else we find unnecessary" disease.
