I’ve noticed that there are a few harlequin stories with titles that don’t match the overall story. Like there’s one about a girl who gets engaged, but falls in love with her fiancé’s brother who is studying to be a priest... I forget the title, but again it didn’t match the story in any way.
I think it refers to the fact that she was pregnant and also the actual book is longer
It's something like "The Wrong Bride". Even though I don't think anyone actually got married in that one...
It was Second-Best Bride.....they are married in the end but I think the Second-Best Groom if more suitable. ..at least
