Because it isn't yaoi. It's a gay romance written by a queer mangaka that does an incredible job at highlighting what it means to be queer without the fetishism of yaoi distorting it.
I'm kind of tired of white girls recommending Killing Stalking as a yaoi just cause they think Sangwoo is hot shit. idk it rubs me the wrong way since the manga handles such a heavy subject
