Actually, he didn't even realize he liked chase untill very late. And he didn't make moves on him when he was a minor, (19) and they had sex after New year's, when he turned 20 (legally adult in Korea).
Also, chase always wanted to do that with Joel so it's not like Joel pushed himself on him. They did it with each other's consent and Chase wasn't a minor.
That's so true... all hate should be directed at Chase though. He was a slut who was aggressive and didn't even take time to know who Joel was until like 5 chapters into the end. Joel for one waited until he was legal to make the move.
