Well, Cain was trying to look for a doctor to treat his heart condition (wow that makes it sound like Cain is an old grandpa with coronary heart disease) which is Aaron (dude with the clones) but Cain doesn’t know this, and Sid basically betrayed Cain when he employed the crazy guy to kill the doctor, but little did he know it was his clone Delta’s head and not Aaron’s because the compass was supposed to lead them to the doctor. Cain didn’t actually know any of this because why would he sabotage himself when the fragments are slowly killing him? The doctor is the only one who can actually help him so it wouldn’t make sense to use this as a test to see if Sid was really trying to betray him.
Is it possible that Cain meeting Gyeongjun is not an accident but faith? think about it, everyone who seems to be very close to GJ is getting hurt(his bff and his ex, no clue abt his family but he seems alone?) Like he's some kind of badluck magnet. Then Cain happen and Sid. Is it possible that Cain already have a hint that Gyeongjun is 'the one' he's looking for and give Sid the compass to lure that bitch to his own doom (coz I have a feeling that Cain already know Sid has been betraying him, to what extent we cannot tell) Then it became a waiting game of when will Gyeongjun will unleash his ability. What if the reason that white thing appear is because it tracked GJ?
