Yeah. I’m not going to get into the shipping stuff but there’s no canon romance/endgame. There’s plenty of found family dynamics though. It’s a story that about trying to understand others and wanting to be understood, about saving others and being saved yourself. Kim Dokja is definitely one of the most compelling and (sometimes way too) relatable main characters I’ve ever come across. At first it might seem like your typical apocalypse power fantasy and Kim Dokja does literally become a god but it’s not, /precisely/ because it’s Kim Dokja.
Be prepared to get emotionally destroyed by this series. It’ll take your feelings and ground them into dust and then rinse and repeat all the way until the end
