Because she decided to end her life. No matter how much she deserved to live, she didn't want to. She CHOSE not to and death respected her wishes.
Even with the supernatural elements, this story takes a realistic approach. You don't get a second chance at life. B-Sia wasn't supposed to die and thus got to live
