As I recall, there's a lot of Alphas at work.

Read again what happened around the first time they met. Sleeping with Taehan without being in heat changed something in Doyun, it has nothing to do with Hanyoung. He was just the first Alpha he ran into after that.

Doyun was rushing around after that encounter with the new guy, not holding still in one place. I think that others would be far less likely to pick up on his pheromones when he's running away. That might be the difference instead of the new guy being special.
I do think, however, that the author is pointing at the new guy, saying he's going to play a part, but anything else is speculation, unless you know something I don't.
Taehan will be protective no matter what, don't you think? That's how he is.
No one ever smelled Doyun's pheromones before because he wasn't mature so he didn't have any. As soon as he could smell Alphas, he was putting out adult-level pheromones. It makes sense that those two things would coincide.
At this point, Doyun is going to avoid letting out any hormones at work. Otherwise the alphas are going to be all over him. Again, please straighten me out if I missed something.

Hm yeah i see, that could be the case, i guess we can just wait and see what'll happen next.

Yeah Taehan is already very protective of Doyun, he insists on keeping him at home lol~ And i find it super cute, but i'm just really curious to know how these characters would deal with the "issue" of pregnancy, it could be an interesting thing to explore, even though it would create big changes in the story. Idk why but i picture Doyun hiding his pregnancy and trying to "deal" with it himself, he can be quite stubborn.. :') I mightve misinterpreted this new alpha as being different, i honestly hope he doesn't cause too much trouble for our mcs...

I find it cute, too. I'm not against omegaverse stuff by any means, but I just still want to see this pair getting involved in all kinds of crazy shit that might happen during the beginning of a relationship while still falling in love.
I can't picture Doyun saddled with so much heavy responsibility and tiredness and poopy diaper work that would destroy all light-hearted social contact and anchor the couple chin-deep in family-hood. It just seems way too heavy a burden to put on a young, self-discovering child-man like Doyun. That's just my take on it.

When you put it like that, yeah i see what you mean, the story would surely take a big turn with a kid, and it could keep them from experiencing a lot of things, I'm a really big fan of how much the author's exploring second genders, at least compared to other omegaverse mangas, that's part of the reason why i love this so much, that and how there's ...consent and communication between the main couple, drama is interesting as long as it doesn't butcher a character's personality and likability. Yes Doyun is a complete man child when it comes to his second gender, and he would probably have a ver-ry hard time dealing with a kid..but isn't that what makes it interesting?~ Maybe I'm just a bit of a sadist that likes to watch characters suffer and go through shit.

no, I don't think you're a sadist! Characters going through shit makes a good story, I think. i agree on the drama thing, too, and I actually agree that a baby in the works would make for interesting problems.
