Maybe I'm going a bit too far here, but honestly, I think she "likes" him too. She remembers the "hints" showing that he likes her, but for me, there also were hints that she likes him. She reacted to him several times, and not only by fearing him or being anxious.
Elvin is nice and everything, so I believe it's easier for her to focus on him. To "convince" herself that she likes the "angel" paladin instead of the "dark" knight.
But now that Cabel shows her another side of him.. she's gonna be troubled, flustered and all
But I wonder how the false confession's gonna be revealed and how he's gonna react. I hope it's not gonna be toi harsh on both of them ..
