Pretty much guessed this when I read the webtoon but there is an equivalent version of the character in RL world and Book world. Like how MC looks exactly the same in the story.
Mio seems to remain really crazy loyal to the end and gets mortally wounded trying to help MC get back to real world. Only two other names I can see is a Ciel who seems to be the Grand Magician and Klein who is the guy she falls in love with / picks. After sending MC back only Ash's body remains in the book world as it seems the book Ash's soul perished on the day the prince was born. Mio decides to follow her even if his life and circumstance, as well as entire self will be different in RL world and Ciel asks Klein what he wants to do. It seems Ciel intends to go to Mc world eventually after the prince becomes an adult as they have all pinned their hopes on righting the monarchy on him. I think??? He is likely to take up the mantle of Grand Magician by then too letting Ciel retire.
Mc is one of the few transmigration heroines who actually chooses to return home. When she does, everything is exactly where it was when she was taken with the ramen still cooking. She is relieved and doesn't regret choosing to return but cries.
Accidentally i unlocked the last of the extra story so i dont know what happens exactly, but it's clear Klein and Ciel had gone to the real world to get back to her.
I'll have to wait for more unlocks to get to the previous chapters to see what actually happens to the reigning monarchy.
