Nah he rejected him but expects and asks a guys with feelings to keep things as they are because it is convenient for Chanwoo, he never stops to consider how hard it could be for MD

They started their relationship as a no-string-attached kind of arrangement so Chanwoo has every right to think it can go on like this. He even asked MD if it was ok to keep their dom/sub relationship even if he didn't want dating. If it was "so hard for MD" then MD could've taken a pause and said "no, sorry, I would prefer not to do this anymore". But MD didn't protest much, if not at all, when Chanwoo asked him to keep their arrangement.
Instead, MD decided to use their bdsm relationship against Chanwoo, hurting him emotionally and in a way that affects things OUTSIDE the play. Which was probably what Chanwoo was afraid of in the first place. It's just messed up and MD is being shitty and petty

Chanwoo has every right to expect it to keep going as it is, or wish it to be. After all, this was how it all started. MD said it was fine, if it wasn't, he didn't need to take advantage of their relationship they had now to hurt Chanwoo, who had gone through enough abusive trauma.

like everyone has their ups and downs so i don't blame but also blame both characters. Because They both did some stuff wrong for thus to happen...

I think they lacked communication for each other at a point and most of the time they, even us people look from our point of views to things so that causes so many problems with each other... oh well they will make up soon enough anyways ~
