I once read this manhwa where there was this disease that made you disappear if your hear was broken and this girl got cheated on by her boyfriend she broke up and went to live with her grandma there she met a guy who also broke with his girlfriend. They both later find out they have that disease and try to get together so they can save themselves....I hope this make sense please tell me the name if you know about this manhwa.
