I don't remember the story very well but I think that the 2 guys were neighbours
One of them is obsessed by the other (he is always taking photos of him). His family ends up denying him
The other one is also obsessed by his lover : he wants him to exclusively eat what he cooks for him so that each of his cells are made by him
