I read this manga a really long time ago - it was about a high school girl who got pregnant but didn't tell anyone and instead convinced her parents to send her to a uni really far away. But she was really mum like and caring (and I think she might have broken up wit her BF idk?). I know she had a cool neighbour who was her friend and then she became friends with her prenatal nurse. Anyway its definitely a slice of life
